Pitchlab Guitar Tuner Pro is an Apple iOS application that allows users to tune their guitar, ukulele, and other stringed musical instruments. Designed for amateurs or those that need a tuner on the go, the Pitchlab tuner is fully featured and very easy to use.

Unlike traditional tuners, the Pitchlab comes with a huge diversity of features that help users to configure their instruments. Users can secure access to both stadardized guitar tuners and a database of tuners for the Mandolin, Banjo, Bouzouki, and Pedal Steel.

Offering an eight octave polyphonic keyboard display, users are even able to play reference notes on an intuitive musical scale. It's even possible to switch between single-note and multi-note modes in one click.

Interestingly, the Pitchlab app comes with a Split Screen that allows the user to view any two tuning items at the same time. However, this upgrade is really only useful for those that are working on larger touchscreens. Otherwise, it will likely be too hard to see and successfully interact with.

All visualization modes and tuners are easy to access simply by swiping the screen left, right, up, or down.

Unfortunately, the Pitchlab app is somewhat out of date. For instance, it's not possible for the app to support headphone use through a lightning adapter or wireless connection. For users with newer iOS devices, this is a major drawback.
